We are extremely excited to introduce the much anticipated, and what we believe to be, the most spectacular short shifter in the world! Unlike other shifters to suit the VT-VZ Commodore which do away with the factory remote ratioed stick design, Billet Products has not only retained the concept for very specific reasons, but have also done the hard yards to take it one step further, creating a true masterpiece of automotive shifter engineering. The first of such calibre based on true remote ratio design, and built to withstand ten rounds from a Russian tank, no longer will you suffer from awkward knob positions, uneven throw reduction or lack of strength associated with bent lever single shaft designs on other shifters for the VT-VZ. Nothing comes even remotely close.

The shift body is precision CNC machined from light weight high grade billet aluminium and utilises high grade steel shafts, providing the perfect combination of materials for strength and performance. You certainly wont find any broken stick here! Furthermore, each shift base and shaft is anodised/coated in specific materials for the ultimate finish, testament to the Billet Products signature of thorough attention to every detail.

However, it's not just all show and brute strength, a quick glimpse and you will clearly note the unique design features aboard this shifter. Adjustbale stick height allows the driver the privilege to adjust the stick position to 3 different height positions according to their driving preference. Stick height can be adjusted in 20mm (3/4") increments. At the standard position (tallest setting), shift movement is reduced by approximately 50%, whilst at the shortest setting, a reduction of around 60% is seen. Unlike the standard shifter using only a single spring pack system, twin spring packs have been incorporated into the Billet Pro design (one per stick), resulting in a self centering shift lever position, and creating the unique and incredibly fast 2nd-3rd straight gate shift design. 2nd-3rd becomes as simple as pushing forward! Furthermore, the uniquely designed adjustable Billet Pro series positive stop system adds that extra assurance to your gearbox, to prevent any synchro damage due to overshifting.

Installation of the entire Billet Pro Series range of shifters is a breeze, with zero modification to the vehicle. With a straight bolt in design, and utilising the factory gearknob (optional threaded shaft for aftermarket knobs), all necessary fitting hardware (new rubber boots fitted to each shifter during assembly) is included in each kit making it as simple as removing the factory item and fitting your new Billet Pro shifter.
